Book Your Family Portrait Session

Important - Please read before booking your appointment.

Our calendar often books well in advance, so please schedule early for the best selection of dates and times. You will be sent a confirmation email with important information regarding your portrait session and how to best prepare after you book your session.

To provide our clients with an exceptional portrait experience, all sessions are by appointment and we do not accept walk-ins. Appointments may take up to 2 hours so please plan your day accordingly.

As a fine art studio that specializes in Elegant Family wall portraiture, we do not offer social media profile/headshots, portfolio sessions, or digital files.

Gift Certificates

If you have a Gift Certificate, please register your Gift Certificate before scheduling an appointment. Booking Deposit (Refundable with a Gift Certificate)

All sessions are by appointment only and we limit the number of appointments we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients.

Since we reserve our entire studio exclusively for your private session to provide you with our very best personalized one-on-one service, we require a $300 booking deposit (for up to 6 people). The booking deposit applies to all clients including Gift Certificate holders. The booking deposit is fully refundable with a validated Gift Certificate after you complete your session.

If you have more than six people, a $50 non-refundable sitting fee is required for each additional person.

  • Any child under 5 must have an adult in the portrait as well.

  • Any babies in the portrait must be with an adult, must be at least 7 months old and able to sit up without assistance.

While we are pet lovers too, no pets please.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To reschedule or cancel an appointment for any reason, we require at least two weeks notice and we allow one reschedule. Booking deposits on appointments rescheduled with more than two weeks notice are applied to the new appointment. Any additional reschedules will require a new booking deposit. You must call the studio to cancel your session. Cancellations will not be accepted by email or text.

Booking deposits are not refundable for cancellations with less than two weeks notice, rescheduling more than once, no-shows (in addition to forfeiting your booking deposit, a $150 fee is charged immediately for no-shows), permanently canceled appointments, or appointments made by special arrangement.
